Events & Reminders

Events let you track appointments, due dates, and other milestones on your calendar.

Create an event

Events are created within a breeding program:

1. Open your program.
2. Go to the Events tab.
3. Click New Event.
4. Enter:
   • Title: what the event is
   • Date and time: or mark it as an all-day event
   • Animal: optionally link it to a specific animal, mating, or litter
   • Notes: any extra detail
5. Click Save.

Events appear on your Calendar across all programs.

Calendar sync (Pro and Max plans)

Each breeding program has a unique calendar URL you can subscribe to in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any app that supports webcal feeds. Whenever you add an event in BreederPro, it appears in your external calendar automatically.

To get the URL:

1. Open your program.
2. Go to the Events tab.
3. Click Calendar Sync and copy the webcal link.

Viewing all events

Go to Calendar in the sidebar to see all events across all your programs in month, week, day, or year view.
