BreederPro offers several plans to fit different breeding operations.

Pedigree-only ancestors (external animals) never count toward the animal limit, so you can enter
complete lineage on every plan. On Free, expenses and income share 25 new entries per calendar month
(edits never count, deleting an entry frees its slot, and the count resets on the 1st, UTC). Max is set up by hand — email admin@breederpro.com. Annual billing is
$50/yr for Basic and $200/yr for Pro (two months free).
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select your desired plan and complete checkout via Stripe.
Your plan upgrades immediately after payment.
Changing or cancelling
Go to Settings > Billing and click Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Switch between plans
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
When you cancel, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period, then move to Free.
Data on downgrade
If you downgrade and exceed the lower plan's limits, your existing data is preserved. You just won't be able to create new items until you're within limits.
